Over the past 20 years Molly has been a guide, mentor, facilitator and consultant for individuals, organizations and communities for a wide range of topics and initiatives. She has designed and led workshops, retreats, university programs, large-scale participatory creative events, community conversations and much more. She has started and run non-profit programs and has created and nurtured partnerships of all kinds.
Molly collaborates deeply with clients and collaborators to understand needs, hopes, capacities & goals. She is comfortable with the spectrum of leading, collaborating and following, as needed, and is interested in work that has momentum, meaning and is fundamentally enlivening from beginning to end. To each collaboration Molly brings years of practice as a creative artist, contemplative arts practitioner and a person devoted to creating the conditions that expresses the wisdom which lies in each person, community, and environment.
